This campaign aims to bring support to low-income Seniors who struggle to get hold of basic laundry needs. By providing the laundry supplies, we hope to eliminate this hurdle that prevents our Seniors from having clean laundry.

As part of BLISS’ program objective of delivering and providing for the low-income Seniors’ basic needs, this campaign addresses the low-income Seniors’ inability to consistently have clean and fresh laundry due to lack of laundry supplies.
When our care partners serve BLISS beneficiaries, they notice that some of them go for weeks or months without having washed their laundry, and one even for 3 years! This need has been often overlooked by our beneficiaries and this hurdle can also impede our care partners when giving care. However, all are doing the best they can to help the Seniors.
This is a serious need that has a lasting impact on the overall well-being of our dear Seniors. And so, we aim to distribute laundry supplies to Seniors in our community, especially those who are living in mobile parks and subsidized housing.
