BLISS’s mission is to provide free and compassionate caregiving services to low-income seniors and connect them to resources that improve their quality of life.

Who We Serve

We focus on serving low-income seniors aged 55 and older who live in mobile home parks and subsidized housing across East County San Diego. These individuals often face social isolation, limited mobility, and barriers to accessing essential care.

Our team meets them where they are, with warmth, respect, and culturally competent care, because we believe no senior should be forgotten.

Our Programs

BLISSFUL CARE

Personalized, free caregiving services and wellness checks that support seniors with daily activities, companionship, and emotional well-being provided by state-registered caregivers and dedicated volunteers.

BLISSFUL COMMUNITY

We host fundraising, seasonal, and holiday events that bring seniors together for connection and support, partnering with local organizations and volunteers to deliver meals, care packages that help seniors feel nourished, valued, and socially connected.

BLISS ESSENTIALS

Delivery of food, toiletries, and vital household supplies, because dignity begins with the basics.

BLISS ON WHEELS

Transportation support to help seniors stay active, attend appointments, and remain independent.

BLISS VOICE

Advocacy efforts that protect seniors from neglect, fraud, and isolation, connecting them with trusted resources and support networks.
