Dyna is a passionate advocate for seniors, dedicated to enhancing their quality of life through compassionate care. Originally from the Philippines, she immigrated to the United States as a young woman, where her journey in elder care began as a Bathing Aide in a large assisted living community. Dyna’s gifted ability to connect with her clients quickly led her to become a private caregiver, where she provided heartfelt support to two elderly ladies and their families.

Her early experiences in caregiving not only solidified her dream of managing her own elder care facility but also fostered a beautiful mutuality between her and her clients, enriching her life in profound ways. In 2003, Dyna and her husband Kevin took a bold step forward by purchasing a six-bed elder care facility, Bosworth Gardens. Their commitment to excellence and personalized care facilitated the growth of their services, leading to the opening of a second facility.

In response to the overwhelming demand for quality senior care, Dyna and Kevin launched First Promise Care Services in 2015, a licensed care agency focused on matching senior clients with state-registered caregivers trained by Dyna herself. Their mission is to empower seniors to live with confidence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Driven by a deep concern for low-income seniors, Dyna and Kevin founded “Blessed Low-Income Senior Support” (B.L.I.S.S.) in 2019. This initiative aims to provide complimentary care services and provide essential support and services to seniors in need, specifically the low-income and underserved seniors in San Diego County backed by community supporters and volunteers. B.L.I.S.S. is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in California.

Dyna’s unwavering dedication to serving seniors has transformed countless lives, and she continues to inspire those around her with her heartfelt commitment to advocacy and care for the seniors.
