Our Community Partners
Together with Independiente Juntos, a San Diego-based organization and program dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we help seniors living in mobile home parks with yard work and maintenance.
Through a generous $95,000 grant from Grossmont Healthcare District, we are expanding our Blissful Care Program to support low-income seniors in East County in 2026.
In partnership with the San Diego Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses at Sharp Grossmont Hospital, we provide health and wellness services that support seniors directly within their communities.
LB Charitable Foundation awarded a $15,000 grant to support our Blissful Care Program, helping provide free non-medical in-home care and support to low-income seniors in East County throughout 2026.
