As part of BLISS’ mission to meet the basic needs of low-income seniors, this campaign focuses on helping seniors who struggle to maintain clean and fresh laundry due to a lack of laundry supplies.
When our care partners serve BLISS beneficiaries, they notice that some of them go for weeks or months without having washed their laundry, and one even for 3 years! This is a serious need that has a lasting impact on the overall well-being of our dear seniors.
Clean clothes are essential to health, dignity, and well-being. We provide laundry supplies to seniors living in mobile home parks and subsidized housing who may have limited access to these necessities.
Every donation helps:
$10 provides 20 loads of laundry for 1 senior.
$20 provides 90 loads of laundry for 1 senior.
$40 provides 20 loads of laundry each for 2 seniors.
