BLISS provides FREE non-medical in-home care services to underserved Seniors by connecting them with licensed care provider partners. BLISS also hosts community events, distributes basic necessities, arranges transportation services, and educates Seniors to understand the benefits and resources available to them in their respective communities.
BLISS services are funded and facilitated by good people who offer their time and financial support to enhance the quality of life of underserved Seniors in San Diego County. Generous supporters serve an essential role, undergirding the cooperation of Licensed Care Providers and Senior Mobile Home Park Managers who authorize access to BLISS. The resulting breakthrough for Seniors is stunning.
